Who operates BibiByte

BibiByte and BibiByte Poker are operated by TONG & WANG TRADING PTY LTD, Australia.

What we process

For Beta applications, we process your email address, operating system, selected poker platform, approximate playing frequency, feedback willingness, application status and application timestamps.

If you later receive access, the Beta infrastructure may also process an application entitlement, a random installation identifier, app version, platform, and basic activation, validation and usage timestamps.

Why we process it

We use this limited information to review applications, contact selected testers, control Beta access, protect the one-device Beta limit, understand basic activation and evaluate whether the software is being used.

What the Beta is not designed to collect

By default, this architecture is not designed to collect screenshots, poker cards or board cards, hand histories, player names, opponent information, screen recordings, poker account credentials, payment information or gameplay decisions.

Service providers and security

The application website uses Cloudflare for hosting and abuse protection and Supabase for the Beta database. A network address may be processed temporarily to rate-limit application attempts. Access is restricted according to the needs of the controlled Beta. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and changes

Application and Beta access records may be retained while the controlled Beta is operated and for a reasonable period needed to review, secure and evaluate it. This notice may evolve before a commercial launch. Material changes will be reflected in a later version.

Your choice

Applying is optional. Do not submit the form if you do not want the listed information processed for the controlled Beta.
